Here's what that looks like: - **Hybrid Model:** Students participate in a blended program that combines online coursework with required weekly, in-person time at the academy. During these on-site sessions, students receive face-to-face support from teachers, mentors, and advisors. - **Flexible Online Coursework:** All coursework is completed through an online learning platform, allowing students to work on assignments from home or another location with WiFi outside of their required in-person time at the academy. - **Adaptable Schedules:** Students can customize their schedule around their life outside of school. - **One Course at a Time:**  Each course is designed to be completed in 2-3 weeks. Students focus on one course at a time, master the material, and move on to the next course. - **Supportive Environment:** Teachers and support staff are career educators who care deeply about student success.
